Focusing on body positioning and stretching, yoga is the ideal activity if you want to increase your movement and flexibility. Regular practice assists in preventing muscle soreness by releasing the buildup of lactic acid that leads to muscle pain and fatigue. Based on our findings, we can conclude that taking part in yoga session alongside with the traditional training methods has helped to improve flexibility and balance among many athletes.
