We start our journey with Initial Consultation, when we talk about your current health and diet status, your fitness experience and your goals. It is very important moment to get to know each other. We will ask you to fill up our General Health Questionnaire and provide us with one week of Diet Record, which will help us to build a view of your everyday eating habits.
 






Communication
We believe in communication and finding the best way to improve your performance and lifestyle. You can always contact us in case of any program-related doubt, feedback is absolutely welcome and necessary! You will work one-to-one with your online coach, who will customise training regime and eating plan around your lifestyle. However, the ultimate effort lies on you. Exercise and Nutrition Program
After consultation and health and diet assessment, we create Exercise and Nutrition Plan tailored for you, which is updated regularly every two weeks. Every exercise program includes resistance, cardiovascular training and functional flexibility, together will detailed load, reps and rest intervals. During your program, you will have a continuous access to videos of each exercise, as well as technique guidelines. We will help you to gradually implement healthier eating habits by regular nutritional help, tips and recipes. We always bear in mind your lifestyle and your unique needs.
